Name of Post: Business Analyst-Digital
– Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in E&C.

Skills Required:
i. Domain expertise in either Radio, transport or Core domain.
ii. Worked in either Planning, Strategy OR Operations field in telecom domain of any organization.
iii. Experience in managing software development programs and projects would be an added advantage.
iv. Understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban, and experience in applying them in project management would be preferred.
v. Familiarity with software development tools and technologies, such as version control systems, issue tracking systems, and project management software would be preferred.
vi. Excellent project management skills, including project planning, risk management, issue resolution, and project reporting.
vii. Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and customers at all levels of the organization.
viii. Professional certifications, such as PMP, Agile, or Scrum, are a plus.
