Please read the instructions and procedure carefully before you start filling the Application Form.

1. Incomplete and / or applications received after the stipulated date shall be summarily rejected.

2. The applications of the candidates who don’t fulfill the criteria as described above shall be rejected

3. Cases of misrepresentation/manipulations of records/documents etc in any manner shall be able for prosecution.

4. Applicants while attending the scrutiny, in person or through authorized representative on the scheduled date shall produce all the documents in original of which self attested photocopies have been enclosed with his/her applications, falling which may be liable for rejection.

5. The advertisement is not for Government job.

6. The members of the board shall be paid such allowances as prescribed by Government. No other pay or allowances shall however be admissible.

7. Applicant should be a permanent resident of the District in which he/she applied for.

8. Applicant shall be in good health and sound mind.

9. The decision of the State Level Selection Cum-Oversight committee shall be final in the matter ancillary and incidental to the appointment of the applicants as Member of the Board.

10. The appointee shall be governed strictly as per the terms and conditions laid down under the provisions under J&K Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act 2013 & Rules 2014 thereof and as per the instructions issued from Govt. from time to time.

11. Photograph and Signature of applicant only in JPEG format and should be less than or equal to 20 KB.

12. All attachment like PRC proof,DOB proof and ID Proof should be only in Pdf format only and less than or equal to 220 KB.
