Srinagar Development Authority invites applications as per format enclosed, for liking of subject experts in the below mentioned fields having qualification & experience as mentioned against each for preparation of Zonal Plans of Srinagar City as per the requirement

Interested experts having equired qualification and experience in the subject matter shall submit their application as per devised format along with all set attested testimonials viz Date of Birth, Quantification and Experience Certificate either in person in the office of Vice Chairman, Srinagar Dev. Authority, Bernina By-Pass Srinagar or through e-mail to [email protected] within a period of 15 days from the date of issuance of this notice i.e. up to 28th of August 2017 at 04.00 PM.

The eligible experts shall be called for interaction / interview by the constituted committee, cn the date and venue to be specified separately preferably at Srinagar, however appearing in the interview does not confer any right for their selection.

No TA/DA shall be given to the eligible candidates for appearing in the interview.

The selected experts shall execute an agreement with the Srinagar Dev. Authority that they shall not claim any future engagement on the basis of the service rendered or leave the assignment before completion of contract period; also, the selected experts can be disbanded at any movement by the Authority of SDA it he tails to perform the professional duties to the desired expectation.

01	Craft Specialist	Masters in Development Studies with 10 years of work experience with livelihood enhancement in Crafts sector especially for women and the Marginalized, Lead and established Institutions In Craft Development Experience in craft more specifically In post disaster recovery programs (earthquake, tsunami)
	Transport Specialist	Masters in Transport Planning/relevant experience in Urban transport planning with 10 years of work experience, including practical experience in transport project implementation including multi modal transport planning, Integration of non motorized transport. Having undertaken projects of linking urban planning and transport design greenway projects, planning for mass transport system in metro cites such as BRTS.
	Urban Designer ..specialist	Masters in Urban Design with more than 10 years of experience in relevant field. Should have Professional in preparation of Master Plans/Urban Design projects. !experience
04	Housing Expert	Masters in Housing with more than 5 years relevant experience.
05	Urban  Government/Public Policy Expert	Masters in Urban statistics with more than 5 years of relevant experience.
06	Statistical Expert	Masters in Statistics with more than 5 ears of relevant experience.

 

The selected experts shall be paid remuneration on man-day basis and boarding & lodging charges as per the rates mentioned in the annexure-II available on SDA website vmasdastinagarccm.
