The registration process for Central University of Kashmir Associate Professor 2025 begins on 12 April 2025.

Eligibility Criteria :
Candidates interested in applying can check the eligibility criteria, age limit, application fee, and other essential details below.

Educational Qualifications :
I) For Law, Tourism, Urdu, Politics, Animal Sciences, Religious Studies, Physical Education, and Botany:
Ph.D. in relevant/concerned disciplines

Master’s Degree with 55% marks

Minimum 8 years of teaching/research experience as Assistant Professor or equivalent

Minimum 7 publications in peer-reviewed/UGC-listed journals

Total research score of 75 as per UGC Regulations 2018

II) For Information Technology and Civil Engineering:
Ph.D. in relevant engineering discipline
First Class in either Bachelor’s or Master’s level
Minimum 8 years of teaching/research/industry experience with at least 2 years post-Ph.D.
Minimum 6 publications in SCI/UGC/AICTE-approved journal

The application fee for the recruitment process is as follows:

UR: ₹2000

OBC/EWS: ₹1000

SC/ST/PwBD/Women: Exempted

Selection Process:
The selection of candidates will be based on shortlisting, research score evaluation, and personal interview. Only candidates with valid supporting documents and minimum research score will be considered. The screening committee reserves the right to determine relevancy of academic records and research.
