Assistant General Manager: Not more than 45 Yrs (48 Yrs for Experienced Candidates).

Chief Manager: Not more than 43 Yrs (46 Yrs for Experienced Candidates).

Manager: Not more than 40 Yrs (43 Yrs for Experienced Candidates).

Recovery Personnel: Not more than 30 Yrs (35 Yrs for Deserving / Experienced Candidates).

Fraud Risk Management Personnel: 30 – 40 Yrs (45 Yrs for Deserving / Experienced Candidates).

Selection Process :

Interviews of Eligible Candidates will be conducted.

Only shortlisted candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria, qualification, age and experience will be called for interview.

Final selection will be based on performance in the personal interview.

Qualification :

General Manager: Graduate with 20 to 25 Yrs. in Co-op. Bank / Pvt. Bank / Nationalized Bank, out of which around 15 Yrs. in Executive Cadre is a must.

Deputy General Manager: Graduate with 15 to 20 Yrs. in Co-op. Bank / Pvt. Bank / Nationalized Bank, out of which around 8 to 10 Yrs. in Executive Cadre is a must.

Assistant General Manager: Graduate with CAIIB and / or CA/ CS/CMA/ CFA with 10 to 15 Yrs. in Co-op. Bank / Pvt. Bank / Nationalized Bank, out of which around 5 to 8 Yrs. in Executive Cadre is a must.

Chief Manager: Graduate with 8 to 10 Yrs. in Co-op. Bank / Pvt. Bank / Nationalized Bank, out of which around 5 Yrs. on Managerial Cadre is a must.

Manager: Graduate with CAIIB and / or CA/ CS/CMA/ CFA with 8 to 10 Yrs. in Co-op. Bank / Pvt. Bank / Nationalized Bank, out of which around 5 Yrs. in Asst. Managerial Cadre is a must.

Recovery Personnel: Graduate from any recognized University and LL.B. / LL.M. will be an added advantage, with 5 to 7 Yrs. Experience in Loan Collection, Credit / Recovery Handling.

Fraud Risk Management Personnel: Graduate from any recognized University with JAIIB / CAIIB an added advantage, with 5 to 10 Yrs. of Overall Banking Experience in Co-op. Bank / Pvt. Bank / Nationalized Bank out of which around 5 Yrs. in Fraud Risk Management / Monitoring is a must.
