District Hospital Reasi Recruitment 2026
The Office of the Medical Superintendent, Government District Hospital Reasi, has invited offline applications from eligible domicile candidates of District Reasi for engagement of contractual staff under the Addiction Treatment Facility (ATF).
The recruitment is being conducted with the approval of the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment (MoSJE), Government of India, and the National Drug Dependence Treatment Centre (NDDTC), AIIMS New Delhi. All appointments will be made purely on a contractual basis.
Vacancy Details :
1. Medical Officer (Doctor)

Monthly Remuneration: ₹60,000
Essential Qualification
MBBS from a recognized institution.
Registration with the Medical Council.
Preference will be given to candidates possessing MD or equivalent qualification in Psychiatry.
Age Limit
Minimum: 18 years
Maximum: 45 years

MBBS – 50 Marks
MD – 30 Marks
Viva-Voce – 20 Marks

Important:
For the Data Manager post, the minimum typing speed is 35 words per minute (WPM). Marks obtained in the type test will be awarded proportionately out of 30 marks.

General Terms & Conditions
Applicant must be a domicile of District Reasi.
Engagement is purely contractual and non-transferable.
Salary mentioned is consolidated, with no additional allowances.
Contract will initially remain valid till the end of the current financial year and may be extended based on satisfactory performance and continuation of the scheme.
Either party must provide one month’s notice before terminating the contract.
Selected candidates must execute a contract agreement with the District Health Society before joining.
Contractual engagement does not confer any right to regular appointment.
Candidates must possess all required qualifications and documents before the closing date.
Applications once submitted cannot be edited.
No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the written test/interview.
The Selection Committee reserves the right to reject incomplete or ineligible applications.
Any false information or forged documents will lead to cancellation of candidature.
Recruitment guidelines issued by NDDTC, AIIMS New Delhi will be followed.
Screening test will be conducted only if the number of applicants exceeds ten times the advertised vacancies.
Final merit will be prepared based on the prescribed selection criteria.
