District youth Service and Sports Officer leh  Rehbar-e- Khel Recruitment

Application are invited on the format enclosed with this notification from eligible candidates for engagement of Rehbar-e-Khel (honorarium basis) in the Department of Youth Services and Sports, on Zone Basis within the District.

Eligibility:

A) The candidates to be engaged as Rehbar-e-Khel should be permanent resident of J & K State hailing from concerned Physical Education Zone of Leh District.

B) Age as on 01-01-2018 should not be:-
a. below the age of 18 years; and
b. above the age of:
(I) 40 years in case of General category candidates
(II) 43 years in case of reserved category candidates
(III) 48 years in case of Ex-servicemen

C) Candidates of the concerned Zone possessing BPE/Graduation with B.P.Ed. shall be eligible for engagement
as Rehbar-e-Khel. .u r at j k u p d a t e s. Additional Points shall be given for higher qualification such as BPE with B.P.Ed/M.P.Ed/M.Phil/ Ph.D (Physical Education)/diploma from NIS (Duration one year)

Tenure

The Rehbar-e-Khel being a catalyst would be deemed to be a local community worker for a period of seven years

Honorarium

The monthly honorarium of Rehbar-e-Khel for the first two years shall be Rs 3000/= and shall be enhanced to Rs 4000/= per month, for third to seventh year.

Regularization

The regularization of Rehbar-e-Khel shall be done in a staggered manner on completion of seven years of satisfactory continuous service against the available/created .u r at jk ad wo rl d.posts of Physical Education Teacher through a Committee to be constituted by the Director Youth Services and Sports J&K.

Last Date for submission of Application Form;

The application form complete in all respects should reach to the office of District Youth Service and Sports Officer, Leh by.u r at jk ad wo rl d. hand or by post by or before 5th February 2018 along with following documents;
I) D.O.B Certificate
II) Relevant qualification Certificates with Marks certificates.
II) Permanent Resident Certificate.
III) Bonafide Resident Certificate of concerned Zone from Tehsildar concerned.
IV) Character Certificate from a Gazetted Officer.
