Senior Resident under Central Residency Scheme for Three years subject to renewal / extension every year on satisfactory performance for ESIC Model Hospital & ODC, Nandanagar, Indore-452011. (Total Post-24 bifurcated as: UR-5, EWS-02, SC-07, ST04 and OBC-06 (Backlog post: -OBC-05, SC-06 And ST-04).

Part time Super Specialist on contractual basis for ESIC Model Hospital & ODC, Nandanagar, Indore:- {Total Post- 05 bifurcated as –
UR-02,OBC-02,SC-01}

Full/Part-time Specialist

How to apply :-

i. The eligible and desirous doctors fulfilling the educational qualifications/eligibility conditions should submit their applications(as per Annexure-‘A’) along with one set of self attested copies of relevant documents in support of age, qualifications, attempt certificate,
Mark-sheet, Degree, MCI or State Registration(s), EWS/SC/ST/OBC certificate & experience certificate etc. and 2(two) recent
passport size photographs. The candidate who is currently in the employment must bring experience certificate (working certificate)
and No Objection certificate (NOC) from the present employer, failing which his/her candidature will be liable to rejection.

ii. The interview(s) scheduled 5on730-01-2024 & 31-01-2024 from 9.30 am onwards (after the scrutiny of applications on same date,
the eligible candidate’s interview will only be taken).

iii. Aspirants possessing qualification only with registration as on the date of interview will only be considered; those whose result is
awaited will not be considered.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR THE POST OF FULL TIME/PART TIME SUPER SPECIALIST

1. Upper age limits will be 67 years as on date of interview.

2. MBBS and MD/MS/DNB Degree from MCI recognized Medical College/ Institution.

3. DM/MCH in respective Super Specialty from MCI recognized Medical College/DNB in concerned super specialty or equivalent.

4. Should have registered with MCI or State Medical Council.

5. Five years’ experience in the concerned specialty after obtaining the First Post Graduate degree. Note:- Qualifications with regard to
experience are relaxable at the discretion of the Appointing Authority on recommendation of the Selection Committee in case of
candidates otherwise well qualified

6. Emoluments and Terms & Conditions

7. For Full Time Super Specialists: – Rs. 2,00,000/- (Consolidated remuneration) per month. No other allowances in any form shall be
admissible.

8. For Part Time Super Specialists: – Rs. 1,00,000/- (Consolidated remuneration) per month for 04 hours per day & 04 days in a week.
In addition, Rs. 20,000/- per month for visiting charge in case of an emergency call and Rs. 1200/- for every additional hour beyond
16hours/week. The additional hour of work will be decided by the Medical Superintendent. No other allowances in any form shall be
admissible.

9. The engagement will be for a period of one year or till regular incumbent joins, whichever is earlier and further on the expiry of the
contract, period of tenure may be extended on mutual consent of both the parties on same terms and conditions.

10. The Super Specialist shall be available on call 24×7.

11. The Super Specialist shall be responsible for all cases undergoing treatment under his supervision in that specialty discipline.

12. The Selected Super Specialist must have a professional indemnity policy which should cover the period of contractual engagement.
The policy is meant to cover professional liability falling on them as a result of error and omissions committed by them while
rendering professional services. The minimum sum assured per annum should be Rs.30 lakh for Anesthesiologists, Cardiac Surgeon,
Neuro Surgeons, Plastic Surgeons etc. (2) Rs. 20 lakhs for General Surgeons, Gynecologist, Obstetrician etc. (3) for Physicians
Dentists, Radiologists, Pathologists etc. it should be at least of Rs. 10 lakhs. A copy of the Insurance & Premium and receipt must
be submitted within 7 days from the date of engagement.

13. Selected candidates will have no claim for regularization of services in the Hospital/Medical Institution.

14. The Full time Super Specialist is entitled for the leave @ 04 days for each month of work on a prorata basis in a calendar year. In
the event, the Super specialist prefers not to avail the leave; the same may be encashed to a maximum limit of 30 days.

15. The Part time Super Specialist will not be entitled for any kind of leave benefits.

16. The appointment is subject to Medical Fitness.
