Vacancy Details :
Applications are invited for preparation of panel for 34 post codes across engineering and design disciplines for engagement in FEDO or any projects of FACT/FEDO on temporary contract basis. Merit lists for each post will be prepared separately for UR, SC, ST, OBC, and EWS categories and therefore candidates belonging to all categories are encouraged to apply.
For all post codes 1 to 34, one year Apprenticeship training for prescribed qualification in the relevant area of experience will also be considered as experience on production of Certificate of Proficiency (COP) issued by the Board of Apprenticeship Training. Candidates shall be willing to work at Site based on project requirements. Candidates may apply for one or more specified experience levels as applicable for each post.

Remuneration :
The remuneration for the posts will be on consolidated basis as detailed below. Payment of higher consolidated pay will be considered for those with higher relevant experience, at a rate of 3% for each completed year of additional relevant experience over and above the minimum experience given under ‘Specification’ of each Post, subject to the maximum consolidated pay indicated. An annual increase of 3% on applicable consolidated pay will be paid, subject to renewal of contract engagement.

The decision of the Management about the mode of selection, requirements, eligibility criteria, shortlisting of candidates etc. shall be final and binding.

Meeting the eligibility criteria or attending or being successful in skill test/interview does not by itself confer any right on the candidate for selection or inclusion in the Panel.

Important Instructions ?
Two-step application is mandatory – both Online Form submission AND physical application by Speed Post/Registered Post are compulsory; failure of either step will result in rejection.
Only full-time regular courses will be considered for prescribed educational qualifications – qualifications acquired through part-time/correspondence/distance/private study/off campus will not be considered.
Only post-qualification experience will be considered for all posts. One year Apprenticeship training will also be considered as experience on production of COP issued by Board of Apprenticeship Training.
Candidates may apply for one or more of the specified experience levels and must indicate their preference – only the specific experience level(s) preferred in the application will be considered.

Engagement is only for fixed term against specific projects and will not confer any right for extension, permanent appointment, or preferential treatment in any future appointment.

EWS candidates shall submit EWS certificate of relevant year (income of 2025-26). OBC-NCL candidates shall submit OBC-NCL certificate and self-declaration along with application.
Candidates will be required to undergo pre-employment medical examination – only those certified fit by the Company’s Medical Officer will be offered appointment. No relaxation in Medical/Physical standards will be allowed.
