Recruitment to the class IV posts (orderly, Process Server and Chowkidar) In Revenue Department District

Application on prescribed format annexed as annexure “A” are invited from the eligible permanent residents of District Kishtwar for filling up the following class-IV Posts in Revenue Department

Post name  : Class IV posts (orderly, Process Server and Chowkidar)

Pay scale :  4440-7440+GP 1300

Eligibility conditions:

The applicant must be a permanent resident of District Kishtwar of Jammu and Kashmir State except schedule caste category in terms of rules prescribed in section 13 (1 to 3) of the J&K Services Decentralization Act 2010 Act No XVI of 2010 dated 10th May 2010.

Age as on 01-02-2018 should not :Below the age of 18 years and (ii) above the age of

(a)      40 years in case of open Merit

(b)      43 years in case of SC/ST/RBA/OSC candidates

(c)       42 years in case of physically challenged candidates.

(d)      40 years in case of candidate already in Govt service.

(e)      48 years in case of Ex-Serviceman

Qualification:

a.       Minimum Matriculation from recognized Board/University.

b.      Maximum 10+2 from recognized Board/University.

c.       The Degrees Diploma obtained through distance mode/study centre mode except from IGNOU and DOEACC/MANNU shall not be entertained/considered unless such Degrees/Diplomas are recognized by state board of School Education J&K.

(Note). The aspirants are advised to note that no weightage will be given qualifications above 10+2.

How to apply

The applicant must attach the self attested photo copies of the following certificates/testimonials with the application form.

a. Permanent Resident Certificate
b. Matriculation Diploma as proof of “Date Of Birth”.
c. All academic qualification certificates along with marks sheets.
d. Valid reserve category certificate issued by the competent authority.
e. Recent passport size photographs one paste with Application Form and two copies staple with application form.
f. Character certificate from the educational institution last attended or any Gazzated Officer.
g. Physically handicapped certificate issued by the competent authority indicating percentage of disability, if applicable.
h. Ex-Serviceman Certificate (In case of Ex-serviceman candidates)
i. Two self addressed envelope affixed with postal stamp of worth Rs. 5 each.
j Demand Draft of Rs. 100/- from any branch of J&K Bank in favour of Addl. Deputy Commissioner. Kishtwar
