Whereas, this Institution conducted a written test on 06.08.2020 for selection/ engagement of Anaesthesia Assistant on academic arrangement basis under SRO 24 of 2019, dated: 19.01.2019; and Whereas, the result of the said examination was declared on 06.08.2020 and on the basis of marks obtained in the said test, 15 persons were provisionally selected for engagement as Anaesthesia Assistant on academic arrangement basis against the available vacancies In the college and its associated hospitals; Whereas, to meet out the additional manpower for COVID-19, tills institution has been authorized to engage 50 more Anaesthesia Assistant under National Health Mission on the following terms and conditions:-
Whereas, these positions are to be filled up on war footing basis to ensure smooth functioning of the hospitals in the prevailing circumstances; and Whereas, floating new advertisement for these positions and then holding another test will take a lot of time and in the present pandemic situation we cannot afford to waste further time on fresh advertisement; Whereas, in order to cut short the time required for making selection of the suitable candidates, it has been decided to utilize the merit obtained by the candidates in the written test held on 06.08.2020 for the post of Anaesthesia Assistant;
Now, therefore, In view of the above facts and circumstances, applications on prescribed format ( Annexure-A) are invited from those candidates who appeared In the written test held on 06.08.2020 and are willing to work in this Institution under National Health Mission on the terms and conditions as elaborated above.
The desirous candidates can submit hard copies of their applications in the Main Office, Govt. Medical College, Srinagar up to 31.10.2020 (4:00 P.M). No mail/request whatsoever in this regard shall be entertained after the cut off the date/time.
