Advertisement for engagement of non-gazetted staff in Government
Medical College Udhampur purely on Academic Arrangement Basis under SO-364
dated 27-11-2020
In pursuance of SO-364 dated 27-11-2020, applications on the prescribed format are
invited from the eligible candidates who are domiciles of UT of J&K for engagement
on academic arrangement basis against the below mentioned non-gazetted vacant posts
in Government Medical College & Associated Hospital, Udhampur.
The engagement shall be for an initial period of one year, extendable on yearly basis for a maximum
period of six years (one year at a time) subject to good performance & conduct or till
the posts are filled up on regular basis through the competent authority, whichever is
earlier.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE:
The application form shall be available separately on the official website
along with the necessary detailed instructions.
Interested candidates are advised to fill the application form through online mode only along with
self-attested requisite supporting documents pertaining to the posts on or
before 24 Jan 2026, The hardcopy of the application form shall also be submitted in the
office of the Principal, GMC Udhampur in person on or before 28 Jan 2026 upto 4:00
pm)

Date of Birth Certificate (10″ Diploma)
Qualification Certificate 10th 12d1 and above (Academic & Technical with marksheets of all years/Semesters)
Diploma/Degree Certificate of the concerned Technical Qualification.
Valid Category Certificate in the prescribed proforma issued from the competent authority.
Registration Certificate from J&K Para Medical Council.
