APPLICATIONS FOR HIRING OF TECHNICAL MANPOWER FOR IMPLEENTATION OF SCHEME END TO END COMPUTERIZATION OF TPDS OPERATIONS” IN DISTRICT Rajouri

Application as per the devised format are invited from eligible persons who are permanent residents of district Rajourifor hiring of their services for the period of six (6) months at district level and TSO level and three(3)months in food stores of Food Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department, District Rajouri for implementation of “End to End computerization” of TPDS operations as per the criteria given below:-

Place of work : District Level(in the Office of AD, FCS&CA)

Period of Hiring : 06 months

Salary : Rs. 10,000

Total Vacancies : 01

Place of work : TSO Level(in the Office of AD, FCS&CA)

Period of Hiring : 06 months

Salary : Rs. 10,000

Total Vacancies : 10

Place of work : Food stores of District Rajouri

Period of Hiring : 03 months

Salary : Rs. 10,000

Total Vacancies : 10

Eligibility : 10+2 with one year Diploma/Degree in Computer Application from recognized institute

How to apply

The Application forms shall reach in the office of Assistant Director FCS&CARajouri within ten (10) days from the date of publication of this notice.

 Criterion for hiring 

1. Candidate must be a permanent resident of J&K State.
2. Candidate applying for the hiring must be resident of the same District.
3. Candidate should not be less than 18 years and not more than 40 years of age as on 01/01/2017.
4. The Eligible candidates shall be selected for the period of six months for offices and 3 months for stores purely on need basis and the period of hiring shall in no case be extended beyond the 06 and 03 months respectively.
5. The monthly hiring charges/remuneration to be paid shall be Rs. 10000/- (Ten Thousand Only)
6. (The Applicant Should submit their forms along with all the relevant documents viz
   1. PRC
   2. DOB certificate
   3. 12th Marks certificate
   4. Diploma/Degree certificate
   5. Affidavit from lst class Magistrate the candidate will not claim for extension beyond the period of hiring of 6 months or 3 month or regularization)

Selection Procedure

• 60 points shall be for academic qualification i.e. 10+2. The Higher qualification shall no be considered while framing the merit.
• 20 Points shall be for 01 year Computer Diploma/Degree in Computer Application.
• 20 points for interview/viva voce.

The Candidate shall be shortlisted for viva voce on the basis of merit obtained in Academics/Technical qualification on prorate basis

The number of candidate shortlisted shall be five times the number of technical hands/persons to be hired.
