As EMERGENCY SERVICES/AMBULANCE SERVICES are going to be launched in Srinagar, Kashmir, HELP Foundation, J&K is inviting applications for the following posts

RESIDENT DOCTOR	2 (Two)	Negotiable	Contractual	1 year & extendable

Prerequisite/Eligibility: MBBS degree, Internship Certificate, Academic Excellence.

Desired qualification: Experience in Emergency Care, Certified in ACLS & TRIAGE, BLS trained, Work experience in any Hospital and has driving skill.

Job Description: Work as team leaders for 24×7 ambulances across the region; is expected to know and handle all emergencies and provide clinical guidance and directives to the team involved; are supposed to be incharge medical personnel of the comprehensive care system where they should be all emergency management skills as per the need; should be well versed with the Basic life support skills, advanced cardiac life support skills, the emergency drug lists, doses routes and side effects; maintene records, ensure accountability and organize time to time clinical and referral and mortality audits; ensure proper maintenance of the crash cart, ambulance and functioning of the provided equipment at all times without fail; report to the project manager for all the issues regarding functioning of the project; shall be updating and validating their EMS skills twice every year from the specified authority and submitting the validity certificates to the project manager; should be compassionate and have good communication and public relation skills.

Prerequisite/Eligibility: Completed EMT Course, Academic Excellence.

Desired qualification: Know how of EMS Care, BLS trained and Certified, Work experience in any Hospital and has driving skill.

Job Description: Work as technical team to run 24×7 ambulances across the region; are expected to handle all emergencies and provide optimum technical support to the medical team; are supposed to be an integral part of the comprehensive care system where they should be knowing and performing all the pre hospital management skills as per the need; should be well versed with the basic life support skills, the emergency drug lists, doses routes and side effects; are expected to handle patients as per standards of care, maintain proper records, be accountable for and take part in clinical and referral audits; should also assure proper maintenance of the crash cart, ambulance and functioning of the provided equipment at all times without fail; report to the doctor incharge and the project manager for all the issues regarding the functioning of the project; shall be updating and validating their EMS skills twice every year from the specified authority and submitting the validity certificates to the project manager; compassionate and have good communication and public relation skills.
