In addition to Basic Pay + Dearness Allowance (pre-revised), employees are entitled to Annual Increment, EPF, Gratuity, Medical reimbursement, leave encashment, etc., as per Company Rules, along with career progression opportunities.
Selection Process :
Eligible candidates are shortlisted based on initial scrutiny and called for Interview / Skill Assessment Test; individual communication is sent to shortlisted candidates.
HITES reserves the right to conduct a preliminary interview, written test, Group Discussion (GD), or any combination of these, as part of the selection process, depending on the volume of response received for a position.
Merely meeting the job requirements does not entitle a candidate to be called for interview; Management may raise the standard of specifications to restrict the number of candidates called, depending on response volume.
Depending on suitability shown at interview, a candidate may be offered a lower position (for which they have also applied) than the one applied for.
Appointment of selected candidates is subject to verification of credentials from the concerned authorities, as per Company rules, and subject to being found medically fit as per Company directives.
Internal HITES candidates currently working in lower scales are also eligible for selection on merit, per the advertised criteria.
No TA/DA is provided for attending the interview.

Documents Required
Educational qualification certificates (Degree/Diploma, from a National Level institute of repute or a recognized Indian University, full-time/regular)
Proof of post-qualification work experience relevant to the applied position
Category certificate (SC/ST/OBC-Non-Creamy Layer/PWD/Ex-Servicemen), issued by the Competent Authority in the prescribed Central/State Government format, where reservation/relaxation is claimed
For OBC candidates: a recently obtained OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) certificate, not older than 6 months as on the date of this advertisement
Attested copies of certificates for PWD/Ex-Servicemen claims
Valid personal email ID (active for at least 1 year from the advertisement date)
Important Conditions
Only Indian Nationals may apply.
Appointment is on Fixed Term Contract basis, initially for 3 years, renewable based on the candidate’s performance or the organization’s requirement.
Selected candidates must be prepared to serve at any HITES location/office across India during their employment, and may be posted to other relevant disciplines as required, at Management’s discretion.
Candidates failing to produce a valid certificate for a claimed category (SC/ST/OBC/PWD/Ex-Servicemen) will not have that claim considered.
No correspondence will be entertained with candidates not shortlisted for interview.
