The 20 posts are for placement at ICSI Chapter Offices, Regional Offices, CCGRTs across India, and Headquarters (New Delhi/Noida). Candidates cannot claim any right or preference for posting in a particular State or city, as selection and posting are made on an All India basis; candidates are liable to be posted or transferred anywhere in India.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Graduate in Commerce.
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience. Training experience forming a part of the curriculum of any Degree/Diploma will not be counted towards the total experience.
Job Contents (Indicative)
The indicative job contents for candidates selected for Chapter Offices are as follows:
To take day-to-day decisions for smooth working of the Chapter office and to improve the services of members/students in consultation with the Chairman
To operate the bank accounts jointly with the office bearers of the Chapter, within certain monetary limits as may be decided by the Regional Council/Chapter
To initial all the receipt & payment vouchers before placing the same to the Chairman/Treasurer for approval

To attend all the meetings of the Managing Committee of the Chapter and to assist the Secretary in drafting the agenda/minutes
To strictly follow the purchase procedure/manual for procuring material/services, with the proprietary aspect of all expenses specifically looked into
To authenticate all the MIS reports or reports required to be sent to various Directorates of the Headquarters
Such other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Headquarters of the Institute
The job contents for candidates selected for offices other than Chapter Offices will be as decided by the respective Directorate/Office.
Age Limit :
The maximum age limit for the post of Executive Assistant, as on 01 July 2026, is 35 years.

Selection Process
Selection will be made through a Written Test of Objective Type (MCQ), broadly covering the following topics:
Basic Accounting
General English
Basic Mathematics
Computer Knowledge
Quantitative Aptitude
Reasoning
General Knowledge & Current Affairs
Mere submission of application or fulfilment of eligibility conditions does not confer any right on a candidate to be shortlisted or called for the written test. ICSI reserves the right to call for the written test only those candidates who, in its opinion, are most suitable for the post, and reserves the right to reject any or all applications without assigning any reason. ICSI’s decision on eligibility, shortlisting, conduct of the written test, and selection will be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard. No Travel Allowance shall be reimbursed for attending the written test.
Documents Required :
Candidates working in a Central/State Government/Autonomous/Statutory Body/PSU must produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their present employer at the time of verification of original documents.
Original documents will be required for verification only after the written test, for candidates who fall in the list of consideration.
All educational qualifications must be from recognized universities/institutions in India or abroad; courses offered by autonomous institutions should be equivalent to courses approved/recognized by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU)/UGC/AICTE.

Fill the online Resume Form carefully, ensuring all relevant fields relating to qualifications, experience, etc. are duly completed.
Avoid entering special characters (such as ” “, ‘ ‘, &, etc.) and use minimum words/characters while filling the University Name, Specializations, Major Responsibilities, Address, Board & School Name, and similar fields.
Round off the percentage obtained in degrees/diplomas to the lower whole number (e.g., 49.3% or 49.8% should be entered as 49%, not 50%). Where grades are awarded, convert them to numerical equivalent percentages.
Upload a resume file not exceeding 100 KB.
Ensure you have a valid personal email address, since ICSI will communicate with applicants through email and not by post.
Submit the online application before the closing date of 12 August 2026.
Take a printout of the submitted online form for future reference. Do not send a hard copy of the application form, CV, or certificates to the Institute; no separate acknowledgement will be sent.
Important Instructions
Before applying, candidates should satisfy themselves regarding the eligibility criteria for the post. If, at any stage, it is found that a candidate does not fulfil the eligibility criteria or has furnished incorrect/false information, certificates, or documents, or has suppressed material facts, the candidature will stand cancelled — even if detected after appointment, in which case services are liable to be terminated.

ICSI reserves the right to fix a minimum eligibility standard/benchmark, restrict the number of candidates called for the written test/document verification, and determine qualifying marks; its decision in this regard is final and binding.
ICSI reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies, not fill up any posts, or cancel the entire  recruitment process without assigning any reason.
ICSI reserves the right to alter, modify, or relax any of the eligibility criteria/conditions for deserving candidates.
ICSI reserves the right to offer or appoint a candidate on a post/grade lower than the one advertised or applied for.
Proficiency in Computer Applications is essential for the post.
