Applications are invited from interested candidates for the post of Senior Research Fellow (SRF) to work on the R&D project titled “An Intelligent Statistical-Induced Deep Learning System to Derive the Demographic and Community Based Disease Spread Modelling and Prediction from Heterogeneous COVID Data” sanctioned by Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), Govt. of India under Innovate India, Smart Cities and Make in India.
Interested candidates can apply online through IIT Jammu official website at iitjammu.ac.in. The last date for the submission of the online application form is November 08.

Post Name : Senior Research Fellow
Salary : 35,000/- per month + 18% HRA
Qualification
B.Tech./B.E. degree in ECE/ETC/E&C/E&TC/EE/EEE With expertise/experience in Computer Programming and Artificial Intelligence With Valid GATE Score.
OR
M.Tech / M.E./ M.S. with specialization in Computer Science and Engg./Communication and signal processing, Embedded System, RF and Microwave Engineering, Signal Processing, Communication and VLSI and B.Tech/ B.E. ECE/CSE/EE/EIE with minimum 55% marks throughout starting from Class XII.

Duly filled application form along with the requested details, scanned copies of certificates, other supporting documents, should be uploaded through the online portal (https://apply.iitjammu.ac.in/#/home) latest by 8th November 2022. Please apply through the [contract/project staff/JRF/SRF] tab on the referred application portal. Candidates who are already employed should produce a relieving certificate from their employers if selected. The interview will be conducted for all shortlisted candidates.
Job Responsibilities
This is an development based project wherein, the candidate is responsible for designing a web-based Intelligent system where novel statistical-induced deep learning techniques will be developed to derive the demographic and community based disease spread modelling and prediction from heterogeneous COVID data. The candidate has to develop several such novel models to compare the accuracy of them. This will be an opportunity for the candidate to work on the real life data of Indian scenarios.
