Walk-in interview on 13th August 2024, is being conducted for the position of Project Technical Support-III for the research project titled “Comparison of Respiratory Health of Workers and Local Inhabitants with the General Population of Kashmir Valley: A Cross-Sectional Study.” Eligible and interested candidates are invited to apply using the prescribed format.
This project, sanctioned by the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), offers a temporary engagement that will end with the project’s duration.

Essential Qualifications
Graduation (Nursing, Public health, Medical Lab Technology) + Three years’ experience in relevant subject/Field.
OR
Postgraduate in (Nursing, Public health, Medical Lab Technology).
Desirable Qualification :Â
Experience in Public Health Research or Field work.
Age Limit Not Exceeding : 35 years.
Interested candidates can download the application attached below which they shall carry with them on the date of interview. The candidate should report to the Conference Hall of Academic Block IV, Islamic University of Science & Technology, Awantipora along with all relevant documents in original and a set of Xerox copies (self-attested) on the scheduled date at 9:10 a.m. positively. Attendance of candidates will be marked at 10:00 a.m., and only those present at that time will be allowed to appear for the interview.
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS :
1. The above post is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project and the candidates shall not claim for regular appointments in the university.
2. The appointment will be initially for one year but extendable maximum up to the duration of the project based on the performance.
3. The salary component is subject to the release of funds by the funding agency.
4. Eligible candidates must bring all the testimonials/certificates (in original and one attested copy) at the time of interview.
5. No TA/DA will be provided to the candidates appearing for the interview.
6. Candidates will have to produce original documents relating to their qualification, experience etc. at the time of appearing in the interview.
7. The University reserves the right to defer / not to filling up of post advertised here-in above, without assigning any reason thereof.
8. The terms and conditions governing the service shall be as per the rules & regulations of university and/or funding agency (wherever applicable) with amendments from time to time.
