Essential Qualifications :

(i) A good academic record, with a Ph.D. Degree in Architecture.

(ii) Bachelor ‘s Degree in Architecture or equivalent to B. Arch and Master ‘s Degree in
Architecture or in allied subjects of Architecture with minimum 60 per cent marks at either
level and

(iii) Fourteen years’ experience in teaching/ research/ professional work out of which a
full-time teaching experience of minimum five years OR Nineteen years of professional
experience

Date of availability of online application forms : 24-04-2026.

Last date of submission of online application forms : 18-05-2026 (4. 30 PM).

Last date of submission of hardcopies of the application forms : 25-05-2026 (5.00 PM)

Terms and Conditions :

i) Candidates are required to apply online through University website www.iust.ac.in. No
other means/ mode of application will be accepted. The non – refundable fee of Rs. 1000/-
(Rupees One Thousand only) shall have to be deposited as application fee through online
mode by debit card / credit card/ net banking. The instructions for filling of online
application are available on University website.

ii) The candidates are advised to fill up the online application form carefully. Information not
provided under the relevant heads / columns shall not be considered.

iii) Application forms must be accompanied by detailed curriculum vitae giving details of
academic qualifications, experience, published work etc. The publication part in the CV
should invariably contain details with regard to the title of the journal/book, title of the
research paper, Volume No., Page Nos., year of publication, ISSN/ISBN, sole author/coauthors/joint publication, refereed/non-refereed, indexed/no indexed and
local/national/international status etc or as reflected in the online application form. These
details shall be used to verify the Research/ Academic Score claim.

iv) The candidates in employment (Govt. or Semi Govt.) on substantive position should forward their applications through their employer.

v) Hard copy of application form complete in all respects duly supported by self-attested
copies of all relevant documents, certificates and testimonials is mandatory to be submitted
in the office of Registrar by or before the last date of submission of hardcopies of the
application forms, failing which the online application form submitted by the candidates
shall not be considered.

vi) Eligible candidates will be informed about the date and place of interview through University website / e-mail/ whichever suitable. However, University does not take any responsibility for non receipt or delayed receipt of the intimation by a candidate.
