In continuation to this Office Advertisement No: NHM/DHS/Pul/921-925 Dated:14-09-2018 & Abeyance Order No: NHM/DHS/Pul/984-988 Dated:29-09-2018, it is for the information of eligible candidates that the abeyance order has now been withdrawn with respect to the post of Staff Nurses advertised for Dialysis Unit. Now the Applications are invited from the eligible candidates of District Pulwama for the post of Staff Nurses in Dialysis Unit – Distt. Hospital Pulwama as per the criteria shown against each. The application forms can be obtained from the Chief Medical Officer’s Office Pulwama on any working day against a cash amount of Rs.100/-

Terms & Conditions for Hiring of Staff under District Health Society Pulwama:

Contract will be offered by the District Health Society Pulwama.

Application / Applications can be rejected by the screening committee if found deficiency in documents / not eligible as per required criteria. As such ineligible candidates need not to apply.

No extra weightage will be given to the candidates having higher qualification.

The interested candidates may deposit their application forms by or before 12 Dec ­2018 upto 04:00 P.M.

The following self attested documents (mandatory) must be submitted with the application form:

10th Marks Sheet.

Date of Birth.

Diploma/Degree Marks Sheet.

Diploma/Degree Certificate.

Permanent Resident Certificate.

Unmarried Certificate in case of female candidates duly sealed & signed by concerned Tehsildar.
