In this latest Employment notice by JK Police invites online application from eligible candidates (Migrants/ Kashmiri Pandits) of Kashmir Valley for recruitment as Follower in Executive Police (Kashmir Province) under Hon’ble Prime Minister’s Package against the vacancies in the Pay Band-1 of Rs. 4440-7440 + Grade pay 1300/- (Now revised 14800-47100 SL) in accordance with provisions of SRO 412 of 2009 dated 30-12-2009 read with SRO-425 of 2017 dated 10-10-2017 as per the following category wise breakup:-

The candidates possessing basic eligibility criteria viz. age and educational qualification as prescribed here-in-above shall be proficient in the trades viz. Cook, Washer Man, and Water Carrier and shall be subjected to the following tests:-
Written Examination (Objective type)
The Written Examination The written test will consist of objective type questions. The question paper will consist of 100 questions to be attempted in 2 hours. The question paper will be of matriculation standard and will comprise questions on general awareness/general knowledge, elementary mathematics, analytical aptitude and ability.
How to apply
The instruction for filling up of online application . A candidate shall deposit a fee of Rs. 200/-(Rupees Two hundred only) online or use the services .u r at jk updates.of Common Service Centers. In case of non availability of online payment facility, the candidates may use the option of depositing the application fee through Bank Challan. Candidates are requested to read and follow these instructions carefully as no amount once deposited will ever be refunded for reasons whatsoever.
Last Date
Last date for submission of online application form is 16-07-2018. The last date for the receipt of the application provided in the notification shall be the cutoff date for determining the eligibility with regard to educational qualification/ relevant category. .u r at jk updates.Any qualification or claim accruing to the candidate after last date of receipt of application shall not be entertained. No “under process’claim will be considered at any stage.
The selection of the candidates for the post of Constable shall be made on their performance in written test vis-a-vis number of vacancies. In case of tie in merit, the preference will be given to the candidate older in age.
Note:- The recruitment will be made for a total number of 58 vacancies in Executive Police distributed .u r at jk up dates.as per guidelines of Department of Disaster Management Relief, Rehabilitation & Reconstruction OM No. DMRRR/MR/140/2017 dated 23-10-2017 in Executive Police.
