Senior Project Manager :
Essential Qualifications :
Doctorate degree in Agricultural Sciences or Master’s degree in Engineering from a recognized university or equivalent, along with five years of experience in the relevant field.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience :
Recognized certifications in AI/ML such as Deep Learning, Data Science, Python Programming, Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud), Big Data Analytics or GIS/Geospatial Analytics. Experience in planning, managing and monitoring large-scale projects, preferably in agriculture, engineering or technology sectors. Experience in coordination with government agencies, research institutions or industry partners.
Prior project experience in agriculture, digital agriculture or technology-driven research. Strong skills in AI tools, machine learning techniques and data analytics. Knowledge of project budgeting, financial management and procurement procedures.
Proficiency in Python, R, MATLAB or similar tools.

Essential Qualifications :
Four-year Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Sciences or Master’s degree in Agricultural Sciences or BVSc or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with eight years’ experience in R&D in industrial or academic institutions or S&T organizations, of which four years must be in science and technology programme planning, development and cooperation,
OR
Master’s degree in Engineering with six years’ experience in R&D,
OR
Doctoral degree in Agricultural Sciences, Veterinary Sciences or Engineering with four years’ experience in R&D in industrial or academic institutions or S&T organizations.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience :
Experience in agriculture or digital agriculture projects. Strong skills in AI tools, machine learning and data analytics. Experience in market linkage studies, agri-value chain analysis and traditional agricultural products.
Field survey design, socio-economic data collection and stakeholder engagement. Hands-on experience with AI/ML applications and ICT-based agri-solutions. Ability to prepare digital designs, infographics and presentations.
Strong technical writing skills. Experience coordinating with farmers, FPOs, extension agencies and multi-stakeholder teams.
Project Associate–II (b)
Essential Qualifications :
Four-year Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Sciences or Master’s degree in Agricultural Sciences or BVSc or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a recognized university, along with two years’ experience in R&D in industrial or academic institutions or S&T organizations.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience :
Previous project-related experience. Knowledge of AI technology.
Experience with traditional agricultural products, value chain mapping or agri-marketing.
Ability to design communication material. Knowledge of documentation protocols.
Good report writing and project coordination skills.
Willingness to participate in field visits, surveys and documentation.
Junior Research Fellow (JRF) :
Essential Qualifications :
Postgraduate degree in Agricultural Sciences with NET qualification.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience :
Ph.D. in Agricultural Sciences. Previous project experience.
Knowledge of AI technology.
Experience with traditional agricultural products, value chain mapping or agri-marketing.
Ability to design communication material.
Knowledge of documentation protocols.
Good report writing and coordination skills.
Willingness to participate in field visits, surveys and documentation.
