Balvatika (Teacher) :  12th from a recognized board with a Diploma in Nursery Teacher Education / Early Childhood programme of not less than 2 years or B.Ed. Nursery from NCTE recognised institute.

Balvatika (Helper) : 10th from a recognized board and should have induction training in pre-school education Or Any person possessing skill training/adequate training as prescribed by NIPCCD, NSDC or any other institution.
