REMUNERATION STRUCTURE :
Fixed Pay
Rs 2,000 per month (to cover local travel and communication)
Variable Pay (Performance Incentive)
Based on number of sanctioned loan applications, up to a maximum of Rs 3,000 per month
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA :
Minimum age of 21 years as on the date of notification
Minimum qualification : 10th pass
Must be a domicile of Jammu & Kashmir
