Approval has been accorded by worthy Mission Directorate, Poshan J&K No. SMD/lCDS/Recruitment/2023-24/8205-08 dated 12.03.2024 and District Programme Officer Poshan Doda endorsement No. POD/Poshan/Recruitment/24/5629-31 dated 13.03.2024 for Advertisement (Phase 2nd ) for various vacancies of Sanginis (Anganwadi Worker) and Sahayikas (Anganwadi Helpers) in Anganwadi centers of Poshan Project Doda, as per the details given below.

Application on prescribed Proforma (Annexure-B) are invited for eligible females candidates for Recruitment of Sanginis (Anganwadi Workers) & Sahayikas (Anganwadi Helpers) in Anganwadi Centres on Honorarium basis for the Anganwadi Centers mentioned below as per Annexure- A. ANNEXURE-A

Eligibility Criteria:

Criteria for Selection of Sanginis (Anganwadi Workers):

a. Women candidate in the age group of 18-37 years as on 01-01-2024 shall be considered for the post.

b. Candidate should be a domicile of UT of J&K.

c. The candidate should be a resident of the electoral ward where AWC is situated. Name in the voter list for the ward shall be considered as the proof of resident of the candidate. In case the name of the candidate appears in voter list along with her parent’s then she must provide certificate of being unmarried issued by the concerned Tehsildar. Wherever, there is any dispute as to residence for any reason, then a resident proof certifying the ward of residence from the concerned SDM/ACR shall be considered.

d. Minimum qualification for Anganwadi worker shall be 10+2 and maximum graduation. In case no 10+2 pass candidate is available in the ward, 10+2 pass candidate from the adjoining ward shall be considered which would require prior approval of Mission Director, Mission Poshan.

e. In case suitable candidate is not available from adjoining ward, candidate from the nearest ward within the Panchayat can be considered subject to the approval of the Mission Director, Mission Poshan.

f. Weightage shall be given on the basis of marks obtained in 10+2 and selection shall be done purely on merit basis and no other criteria to be considered.

g. In case eligible candidate is available within the family of retiring AWW/AWH the said candidates shall qualify for additional two percent points.

h. In case of tie in merit of the eligible candidate, candidate with higher age will be preferred.

i, Candidates with qualification higher than graduation shall not be considered.

Documents Required;

i. Academic Qualification certificate with marks Sheet (12th & Graduation).

ii. Date of Birth certificate (Matric Diploma/Marks Card)

iii. Domicile Certificate

iv. Copy of Panchayat/Ward voter list as a proof of residence of the candidate.

v. Un-married Certificate from Concerned Tehsildar in case of unmarried)

vi. Relieving order copy of Sanginis (AWW] or Sahayikas (AWH) in case of candidate is from the family of retiring of AWW/AWH.

vii. Affidavit duly attested by the Ld. Judicial Magistrate to the effect that,

viii. She is possessing the minimum qualification of 10+2 & maximum Graduation and she is not possessing the higher qualification than that is prescribed for the post.

ix. If at any stage of the selection or later on, it has been found that she is possessing the higher qualification than that is prescribed for the post her candidature shall be cancelled ab-initio, without any further notice and she shall have no objection if her name for the Sangini (AWW) post win be rejected.

Note : No application form will be entertained after the expiry of the last date.
