Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University invites applications for engagement of Consultant (Civil) at the level of Executive Engineer (Civil) from retired government officials who has retired from the post of Executive Engineer (Civil) having substantive pay level -11 in the pay matrix as per Pi CPC (Equivalent to pay band-3 with grade Pay of Rs. 66001- as per 6th CPC) from Central /State Government/Autonomous Bodies/PSUs local bodies on contractual basis works Wing initially for a period of one year, extendable further depending upon the requirement of University and performance of the candidate. The government servant who are due for retirement till last date of receipt of application can also apply.

However, the detail advertisement notice shall be downloaded from the University website www.bqsbu.ac.in.

Instructions for the candidate

1. The candidate should send his application duly typed along with latest passport size photograph, Specimen Signature by mentioning subject as “Application for engagement of (Consultant (Civil) at the level of Executive Engineer (Civil)”.

2. Applicant is required to attach following documents with his/her application :

a. Educational qualification (Academic/Professional).

b. Copy of vigilance clearance at the time of retirement.

c. Copy of Last Pay Certificate.

d. Copy of PPO.

3. Applicant shall mention his/her email address and contact No. on his/her application clearly.

4. Applicant shall submit his/her application through email: registrarabgsbu.ac.in and all documents should be in pdf format and are legible.
