In reference to the meeting held with the worthy District Development Commissioner Kishtwar on 17/5/2025 regarding Training course under R & R Plan for PAFs/PA-sites of District Kishtwar. As per the direction of the District Development Commissioner Kishtwar, the Department of Handicrafts Kishtwar invites applications for eligible candidates as a craft instructor purely temporary -cum -outsource basis for the period of 6-month duration only.
The Candidates after selection shall impart their services to the project Affected Families/interested Candidates of Project Affected sites in Kishtwar as per the villages specified by the HEPPs authorities and District Administration Kishtwar.
The Honorarium for the Instructor is Rs. 20,000/Month.

Eligibility Criteria
(1) Domicile Certificate, J&K, UT
(2) Matriculation Certificate
(3) DOB-Certificate
(4) Age Limit (18-40) Yrs.
(5) Artisan /Weaver Registration Card, if any
(6) Experience Certificate/Diploma from Handloom Department/ITI/any other Govt or recognized Pvt. Technical Training Institute/Govt. recognized Society.
(7) Award/Appreciation Certificate from any Govt. Institute/Society/Recognized Pvt. Technical Institute, if any
(8) Un-Employment Certificate from the Employment Department.

(3) PAN-Card
(4) Account Copy
(5) 2-Passport size photographs
(6) A notarized Affidavit, stating that I hereby declare that all the Certificates enclosed with the Application form are genuine, authentic, and true copies of the originals. I understand that any false or misleading information may lead to rejection or cancellation of my application, if any, besides this after selection I will not claim permanent recruitment after completion of Training Programme.
The Application forms are available on District website kishtwar.nic.in /any interested Candidates can take hard copy of an Application form from the office of Handicraft Department Kishtwar without any fee charges/ Applicant can scan the QR-Code for Application form / Applicant can call on any helpline number given below for Application form and any clarification. The Applicant shall submit hard copy of an Application form along with the self-attested Documents in the Office of Handicraft Kishtwar by or before due date during working hours.

Only shortlisted candidates as per the eligibility criteria and Practical Test will be called for interview. The Selection of the Candidates shall be done strictly on the basis of merit, practical test, higher relevant qualification and experience subject to approval by the District Development Commissioner Kishtwar. The non-performer Candidates shall be disengaged at any time after Selection and no honorarium shall be provided to them followed by engagement of waiting Candidate.
