SKUAST Kashmir Jobs applications are invited from the highly motivated and eligible candidates to work as Junior Research Fellow (JRF) under the project entitled “Circular economy approach to valorize the walnut shell (a major by-product of walnut industry of J&K)”sponsored by Department of Science &Technology. The position is purely on contractual basis and co-terminus with the project.

Essential qualification Essential: V M .Tech/M. Sc. in Food Technology/M. Tech Processing and Food Engineering/ Postharvest Management \J At graduation level candidatesmusthave4 years degree in B.Sc Agriculture and allied subject so r B.Tech Food Techno logy or Agricultural Engineering/B.Sc Food Technology V Candidates should have qualified NET/GATE or other accredited tests or Ph.D in the relevant field. \J In case of non-availability of NET/GATE/ Ph.D candidates, non NET/GATE/Ph.D candidates will be given preference with emoluments as per the funding agency rules
Emolument /Duration 37000 + 9% HRA
Age Below 35 years. Relaxed upto 40 years for SC/ST & Woman
