Eligibility Criteria :

All candidates must hold the prescribed educational qualification from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% marks and possess the required post-qualification work experience relevant to the applied role. Confirmation of appointment will be subject to satisfactory performance during the probation period. The scale of appointment will be fixed by management.

 Salary :

IBA approved scale of pay for Scale I / Scale II / Scale III Officers, including Dearness Allowance, HRA, Special Allowance, and other allowances.

Performance Linked Incentive as applicable to Scale I/II/III officers will be paid as per the scheme in vogue.
