Eligibility Criteria :
Candidates must fulfill the essential educational qualifications and experience as mentioned against each post. Detailed qualifications are available in the official notification. Qualifications are relaxable at the discretion of UPSC for otherwise well-qualified candidates.
Key Highlights :
Engineering Faculty Posts require B.E./B.Tech + M.E./M.Tech with first class in relevant discipline.
Translator Posts require Bachelor’s Degree in the concerned foreign language or equivalent diploma with English.
Administrative & Other Posts require Bachelor’s Degree with relevant experience.
PwBD candidates must meet the specified disability criteria.

Details of application fee will be available in the online application portal. Candidates are advised to check the instructions while filling the form. Fee exemption is applicable as per UPSC rules for SC/ST/PwBD/Female candidates (wherever notified)
Selection Process
Selection will be made on the basis of: – Shortlisting based on essential/desirable qualifications and experience. – Recruitment Test (if conducted). – Personal Interview.
Final merit list will be prepared after the interview. Minimum qualifying marks apply for each category.

Candidates must apply online only using the UPSC ORA portal: https://upsconline.nic.in/ora/. – First register/create profile (URN). – Fill Common Application Form (CAF). – Fill post-specific module. – Upload required documents, photograph, and signature. – Pay fee (if applicable) and submit.
Documents to be Uploaded:
Educational certificates, experience certificates, caste/PwBD certificates, etc. in PDF format.
Prerequisites Before Starting the Application
Before logging into the portal, ensure you have the following ready:
Valid Email ID and Mobile Number – These will be used for all future communication and OTP verification.
Scanned Documents (in PDF format, preferably under 1 MB each):
Recent passport-size photograph
Signature
Matriculation/10th certificate (for Date of Birth proof)
All educational qualification certificates and mark sheets
Experience certificates (if applicable)
Caste/Category certificate (OBC/EWS/SC/ST)
PwBD certificate (if applicable)
Any other supporting documents mentioned in the notification
Details of all educational qualifications and experience chronologically.
Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking details for payment of application fee (if applicable).
Aadhaar Number (recommended for easier registration).
Important Instructions :
Applications received after the closing date or incomplete in any respect will be summarily rejected.
Candidates must upload clear scanned copies of all supporting documents.
Date of birth mentioned in Matriculation certificate will be considered final.
Shortlisted candidates will be called for interview and must bring original documents.
Canvassing in any form will disqualify the candidature.
