Central University Jammu Public Notice, Employment Notification

Whereas,University invited online application forms vide Employment Notification No. 26 dated 03.01.2020 for the postsof Personal Assistant, Lower Division Clerk and Driver.

Whereas,preliminary scrutiny/ eligibility list of candidates was notified on University website vide no. CUJ/Admin/Empl.Not.26/2020/315dated 19.03.2020 and ten days time was given to all candidates to submit representations/documents/clarification still 29.03.2020.

Whereas, after considering all representations/documents etc submitted by candidates till 15.06.2020 the University notified final scrutiny list on the website vide no.CUJ/Admin/Empl.Not.26/2020/454dated 02.07.2020.

Whereas, the University received after 02.07.2020some representations statingthatdue to pandemic COVID-19 and consequent lockdown the candidates could not submit their representations and documents.

Now, therefore in view of above,final opportunityis hereby accordedto all the candidateswho are found NOT ELIGIBLE /PROVISIONALLY ELIGIBLE as noted in the Eligibility column of Notification no.CUJ/Admin/Empl. Not.26/2020/315*dated 19.03.2020 to submit their documents / clarifications / representations strictly as perinstructions given below
