Constitution of Committee(s) in connection with implementation of PMAY-Urban 2.0 in the UT of J&K

Government Order No.:418-JK(GAD) of 2025 Dated:27.03.2025

Sanction is hereby accorded to the:

1. Re-constitution of Union territory Level Sanctioning & Monitoring Committee for approval of projects/proposals under PMAY-Urban 2.0, and;

2. Re-constitution of Union territory Level Appraisal Committee for scrutiny and appraisal of proposals before approval of the UT
Level Sanctioning & Monitoring Committee under PMAY-Urban 2.0, and;

3. Re-constitution of District Level Committee(s) for monitoring & implementation of PMAY-Urban 2.0, and;

4. Constitution of Municipal Corporation Level Committee(s), ULB Level Committee(s), Cantonment Board Level Committee(s) and
Planning Area Committee(s) for verification of applications received through Unified Web Portal of Ministry of Housing &
Urban Affairs, Government of India and selection of eligible beneficiaries under different verticals of PMAY-Urban 2.0, as per the following details :
