Constitution of committees to verify the complaints against private schools of Jammu Division

Sanction is hereby accorded to the constitution of Committees comprising the following Officers to verify the complaints against private schools of Jammu Division and submit the reports/ recommendations thereof as per Jammu & Kashmir School Education Act- 2002.

A. Schools Affiliated with 3 &K Board of School Education :

1. Chief Education Officer, concerned.

2. Dy. Chief Education Officer, concerned.

3. One Principal to be nominated by CEO concerned.

B. Schools Affiliated with Central Board of School Education :

1. Joint Director concerned.

2. Chief Education Officer, concerned

3. 02 Principals to be nominated by Joint Director concerned.

The committees shall submit its report/recommendations to this Directorate on fortnightly basis.
