Data Entry Operators Recruitment in JKSRLM, Himayat Mission Management Unit
Conduct of Type Test and Computer Proficiency Test for the post of Data Entry Operators (Contract Basis) in Himayat Mission Management Unit, JKSRLM
In reference to notification No COO/HMMUOKSRLM/01/2018 dated 03-07-2018, advertisement inviting applications for the posts of Data Entry Operators (on contract basis) was issued. Consequently, list of eligible / ineligible candidates was notified vide even no. dated 20.08.18 & objections were called from the candidates concerned. The objections have been considered & Final Eligibility List (F.E.L) stands framed & uploaded on our website wvvw.himayat.orq. It is hereby informed to all the eligible candidates indicated in the above mentioned list that they shall appear in Type Test & Computer Proficiency Test as per below mentioned schedule
Further, it is informed that
No separate call letter shall be issued to any candidate whose name figures in the Final Eligibility List, and this notice shall be deemed to be treated as call letter to appear before the type test & .u r at jk up dates.in .computer proficiency test on scheduled date and time. Any candidate who fails to appear in the test on the given date shall not be considered later and shall forfeit his/ her right of consideration.
In case any deficiencies with reference to eligibility etc. proved at the time of test, the candidate shall not be allowed to appear in the test or if any deficiency is found subsequently the candidate shall not be considered for selection and will be treated as disqualified.
No separate Admit card shall be issued to any candidate
The candidate shall have to produce all the original certificates/testimonials as asked for vide above referred advertisement notification before the type test and computer proficiency test, along with the identity proof (Driving licence/Aadhaar Card/ Voter I’D card/ any other valid document) The candidates who failed to produce such certificates/testimonials may forfeit their
Any candidate found guilty of impersonating or submitting fabricated/tempered documents or making false /incorrect statement or suppressing information related to his/her eligibility shall be rendered disqualified and may be debarred permanently or for a specific period for consideration for any or all recruitment made by the office. Also lobbing/canvassing in any form will entail disqualification of a candidate.
No TA/DA shall be paid for appearing in the test.
