Final Seniority List of Jr. Assistant of Revenue Department District Cadre Doda as It stood on 01-04-2024.

NOTIFICATION

Whereas vide this office notification No. 327-52/Acctt dated: 31-05-2024, a tentative seniority list of Jr. Assistants of Revenue Department District Cadre Doda was circulated among all the concerned Jr. Asstt. through concerned controlling officers of Revenue Deptt and through print media for filing objections if any, with regard to their placement in the said tentative seniority list within 15 days period from the date of its circulation.

Whereas in response to above tentative seniority list, this office received representation from Sh. Ajaz Ahmed, Jr. Asstt. figuring at S. No. 28 of the tentative seniority list wherein he has requested to fix his seniority as per merit of SSB.

Whereas from the perusal of the select list of JKSSB Issued during the year 2016, it reveals that Sh. Ajaz Ahmed Jr. Assistant has got 47.1333 points, as such his seniority has been fixed at the appropriate place ie at S.No. 22 in the final seniority list as per his merit in the select list.

Whereas no other objection has been received from any Jr. Assistant figuring In the seniority list during the stipulated period.

Therefore, as per rule 24 of classification Control & Appeal Rules 1956 the final seniority list of Jr. Assistants of Revenue Department District Cadre Doda as it stood on 01-04-2024 annexed as “Annexure-A” is hereby issued/circulated for information of all concerned Jr Assistants.
