Directorate of Skill Development J&K provisional selection list Notice

It is for the Information of all HOIs of ITIs Government/Private (UTJK) and Principal Government Degree College for Women, Parade Jammu that the provisional selection list for the academic session, 2024-25/26 has been generated and is available on the portal (iti.jkdsd.in) as well as on the official website (itiadmissions.jkdsd.in) for the information of students.

Furthermore, the following instructions should be adhered to in letter and spirit during the course of admission process:-

1) HOIs shall ensure that selection list is made public only after proper check at their level. In case any discrepancy is found, the same may be conveyed at [email protected] by or before 3.00 PM today viz. 05-08-2024 positively, in case no objections are received within the prescribed date/time it will be deemed as final selection list.

2) Institution level committees shall be framed for the counselling of the students to be enrolled.

3) To ensure 100% admission in every Institution, HOIs shall devise the mechanism accordingly by making either phone calls to the selected candidates or by using the bulk SMS or any other method which is convenient.

4) The first round of admission shall commence from 6th August, 2024 till 17th August, 2024 and updation process of the admission status shall be carried out simultaneously online by the respective institutes so as to ensure that the academic session shall start well in time.

5) The HOIs shall keep the record gender wise of the candidates to be admitted on daily basis and shall forward the same to the respective Joint Directors.
