Final Seniority List of Tech-IV (Executive Cadre) in the pay scale SL-1 (14800-47100) District Cadre Ramban,Udhampur & Reasi.

Whereas a tentative seniority list of Tech-IV (Executive Cadre) in
the pay scale SL-1 (14800-47100) District Cadre Ramban, Udhampur &
Reasi was circulated vide this office communication No:- SEB/DPC/04-
14 Dated:- 25-04-2023 wherein, it has been directed to all the controlling
Officer (s)/DDO(s) for further circulation of the seniority list of Tech-
IV (Executive Cadre) to the Unit Office(s)/Subordinate Office(s) falling
under their control for information of all the concerned officials and inviting
objections “if any” with in a period of 21 days.

The circular dated:-
25-04-2023 inter-alia contained a stipulation that after the expiry of the
said period, no objection in this regard shall be entertained.
Whereas, some representations have been received in this office
with the documentary evidences for correction in their Bio-data. Taking
them into consideration, final seniority list of Tech-IV (Executive) District
Cadre Ramban, Udhampur & Reasi has been framed as per annexure
A,B & C appended herewith this circular.

The seniority list shall be without
prejudice to the final outcome of any writ petition(s), if any, pending
in the competent court of law.

The date(s) of birth & category status of the officials recorded in the
Seniority list shall be subject to further verification from the service
books/matriculation certificate/category certificates issued in respect of
these officials by the concerned authorities.

Further, the final seniority list of Tech-IV (Executive Cadre) in the
pay scale of SL-1 (14800-47100) District Cadre Ramban, Udhampur &
Reasi has been shared with the concerned Divisional Offices for information
& circulation of the same amongst the concerned officials.
