CIRCULAR

It is hereby informed for the attention of all the concerned Medical Officers, Consultants and Dental Surgeons (Health and Family Welfare-Gazetted) of Associated Hospitals of Government Medical College Anantnag that the Health and Medical Education Department, J&K has issued communications vide above cited references regarding the preparation, updation/rectification of tentative seniority lists.

In this regard, all the concerned Consultants, Medical Officers and Dental Surgeons posted in Associated Hospitals of GMC Anantnag are hereby directed to submit the requisite details in hard and soft copy as well (as per annexure “A” and “B”) to the office of undersigned within 03 days positively from the date of issuance of this circular for submission of the same to Administrative Department.

Failure to submit the required information within the stipulated shall be presumed that no claim is made for inclusion in the seniority list.
