GMC Anantnag Written Test Schedule Announced for Various Posts

Conduct of Written Test for various posts advertised vide Advertisement Notice No. 05 GMCA of 2024, dated: 15-07-2024.

NOTIFICATION

It is notified for information of all the eligible candidates who have applied for various posts in GMC Anantnag advertised vide Advertisement Notice No. 05 GMCA of 2024, dated: 15-07-2024, that the written examination (Objective Type) shall be conducted as per the schedule given below:

• For posts mentioned at S. No. I to 6, the examination shall be held at Main Campus Dialgam, GMC Anantnag and for the post of Jr. Staff Nurse (S. No. 7). the examination shall be held at Main Campus Dialgam and MMABM All Janglat Mandi for which the Centre notice shall be issued separately.

• Candidates are advised to download the Admit Cards from 01.12.2024, which shall be made available on the official website of GMC Anantnag www.gmeanantnag net

• Candidates can download their Admit Cards from the website using Form ID and D.0.B.

Note :

1. The candidates should read carefully all the instructions mentioned on the admit card

2. Candidates are also advised to report examination centre one hour before schedule time along with Admit Card, ID Proof (original) and recent Passport size photograph. No such candidate shall be allowed to appear in the examination who do not meet the above-mentioned pre-requisites.

3. Only those candidates should appear in the written examination, who fulfil the eligibility criteria prescribed for the post as mentioned in the notification. However, permission to appear in the written examination is purely provisional subject to further verification of their documents/eligibility at any stage of selection process.

4. The candidature of such applicants shall be rejected at any stage of process of selection, who are found to have misrepresented or concealed the material facts having a bearing on their eligibility.

5. No electronic gadgets (Calculator, Mobile Phone, Smart Watch, Bluetooth devices, etc.) shall be allowed in the examination centre. If any such device is found with the candidate in the examination centre, his/her candidature will be cancelled and legal action under rules will be initiated against him/her.

6. No TA/DA etc. will be given to appear in the written examination and the candidates should make their own arrangements.
