Cancellation for False or Misleading Information
If, at any stage of the selection process or even after engagement, it is found that a candidate has:
Suppressed any material fact,
Furnished false information,
Submitted fabricated documents, or
Provided misleading information,
the candidate’s candidature or engagement shall be cancelled forthwith.
Appropriate legal action may also be initiated against such a candidate as per the applicable law.
Selection Based on Written Examination Merit
The selection will be made purely on the basis of merit obtained in the Written Examination.
In case two or more candidates secure equal merit, the tie-breaking criteria will be applied in the prescribed order.
Tie-Breaking Criteria
If there is a tie between an MBBS candidate and a PG candidate, preference will be given to the PG candidate.
If two or more MBBS candidates are tied, preference will be given to the candidate who has secured a higher aggregate percentage of marks in MBBS.
If the tie still persists after applying the above criteria, preference will be given to the candidate who is older in age.
