It is for information of all the concerned applicants who have applied for the post of Tutor/ clinical Instructor in reference to the advertisement notice No. 04 AH of 2024 Dated: 19-11-2024 that their written examination for the said post will be held on 23rd of April 2025 at 02:30 pm. The venue for the examination is Govt. Medical College Srinagar.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS :
1. The applicants are advised to report to the Hospital section of the Administrative block of this institution w.e.f 21st to 22nd of April 2025 (10:00 am to 04:00 pm) to collect their respective admit cards. Besides the candidates are required to bring two (02) recent passport size photographs, clear and identifiable, along with them at the time of receiving of admit cards.

2. Candidates should report at the venue of the examination at least an hour before the commencement of examination.

3. Candidates should bring a valid form of identification like Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Election card etc on the day of examination.

4. No candidate shall be permitted to carry Mobile Phone, Laptop, smart watch or any other electronic gadget/device in the examination hall.

5. The candidates shall visit the official website of Government Medical College Srinagar i.e. www.gmcs.edu.in to remain updated with respect to any information governing the subject. _
