Tentative Seniority List of Pharmacy Unit of Government Medical College and Associated Hospitals Srinagar as stood on 01-07-2026.

Whereas, vide this office order no. 23-AH of 2026 Dated: 07-04-2026, the final seniority list of Pharmacy Unit of Govt. Medical College Srinagar & its Associated Hospitals, was issuéd;
Whereas, some of the officials appearing in the final seniority list have either retired or have been elevated/appointment to next higher grade from the date of issuance of the final seniority list. As such, in order to update the seniority of the Pharmacy unit of Govt. Medical College and its Associated Hospitals Srinagar, a tentative seniority list is prepared on the basis of Service Bio data/records available with this office and is hereby notified as “Annexure-A for Chief Pharmacist /Technical Supervisor Pay Level-7, Pharma chemist Pay Level-6F and Head Pharmacists Pay Level-6E, Annexure-B for Supervisory Pharmacists Pay Level-6D, Annexure-C for Sr. Pharmacists Pay Level-6 and Annexure-D for Junior Pharmacists Pay Level-4” for information of all the members of the concerned unit.

Any official aggrieved with the position assigned to him/her in the tentative seniority list should submit his/her objections/representations through proper channel supported with sufficient documentary proof within a period of fifteen (15) days from the date of issuance of this notification. Objections received after stipulated date shall not be entertained.
Furthermore the officials falling under RBA and OSC categories shall submit valid category certificates issued by the competent authority within the stipulated time period, failing which their category status shall be omitted from the Seniority List.
The Controlling Officer(s) shall circulate a copy of tentative seniority list among each cadre member(s) on his/her establishment(s) and furnish a No Objection certificate in this regard.
The said list shall also be available on the official website of this Institution, www.gmcs.ac.in

The tentative seniority list shall be subject to the outcome of writ petition, if any, pending before any competent court of Law.
The date of birth and category status of the officials reflected in the tentative seniority list shall be subject to further verification from the service books(s) /matriculation certificate(s)/category certificate(s) issued in respect of these officials by the competent Authority.
