Transfers and Postings in Nursing Unit
It is hereby ordered that the following transfers and postings shall take immediate effect, in the interest of patient care:-
I. Mr. Riyaz Ahmad Mir, Nursing Supervisor presently working at Govt. Psychiatric Diseases Hospital Srinagar is transferred to Govt. SMHS Hospital Srinagar for further duties. However, he shall continue to draw his salary from his present establishment till further orders.
II. Mrs. Fatima Mufeed, Nursing Supervisor presently working at Govt. SMHS Hospital Srinagar, however, borne on the establishment of Govt. Psychiatric Diseases Hospital Srinagar is repatriated to Govt. Psychiatric Diseases Hospital Srinagar for further duties.
The official shall deem themselves to have been relieved from their present place of postings with immediate effect.
