Handicrafts Kishtwar Invites Applications for Training

The Office of the Assistant Director Handicrafts, Kishtwar, Government of Jammu & Kashmir, has invited fresh online applications from eligible candidates for enrollment in the Elementary Handicrafts Training Courses for the academic session 2026.
Interested candidates can submit their online applications from 18 July 2026 to 23 July 2026 through the JK Single Window System.

Training Course Details
A total of 5 Elementary Handicrafts Training Centres are available under this admission process.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must fulfill the following eligibility conditions:
Must be an unemployed female.
Age should be between 18 and 40 years.
Must satisfy all eligibility requirements prescribed by the department.
Training Duration
Course Duration: 1 Year
Monthly Stipend
Selected candidates undergoing the Elementary Handicrafts Training Course will receive:
₹1,000 per month as stipend.
The stipend will be paid through J&K Bank during the training period.
How to Apply
Eligible candidates are required to submit their applications online through the JK Single Window System.
After successfully submitting the online application, candidates must take a printout of the system-generated application form and submit it to the concerned Training Centre.
