Health & Family Welfare Department Rejection of Candidates – Check Notice
Filling up of post of Medical Officer (Allopathic), in Health & Family Welfare Department – Rejection of candidature thereof.
NOTICE
Dated: 06.07.2026
Whereas, the Health & Medical Education Department, vide Communication No. HD-Gaz0Gen/373/2025-02 dated 25.12.2025, referred 480 posts of Medical Officer (Allopathic), in Health and Family Welfare Department, to the J&K Public Service Commission for selection; and,
Whereas, these posts were advertised vide Notification No. 20-PSC(DR-P) of 2025 dated 31.12.2025; and,
Whereas, the written examination was conducted on 14.03.2026 and the merit list was issued vide Notification No. PSC/Exam/S/2026/30 dated 27.03.2026; and,
Whereas, vide Notice dated 22.04.2026, among others, the following candidates were advised to submit their deficient documents, in the office of J&K Public Service Commission, Solina, Srinagar / Resham Ghar Colony, Jammu, within 05 days from the issuance of ibid notice, failing which their candidature shall be rejected without any further notice:

- 3300818 – Sharda — SC category certificate as per J&K Reservation Rules
- 3301840 – Satnam Kour — SC category certificate as per J&K Reservation Rules
- 3300847 – Bhuvan Kundal — SC category certificate as per J&K Reservation Rules
- 3301768 – Garvit Raina — ST-2 certificate as per J&K Reservation Rules
- 3304082 – Safeera Hamid — Disability certificate with clarification “Progressive/Non-progressive/Not likely to improve”
- 3300713 – Aahana Bhagat — Registration certificate from J&K Medical Council
- 3300663 – Kulbhushan Kumar — SC category certificate as per J&K Reservation Rules
Whereas, the above mentioned candidates have failed to respond to the deficiency notice dated 22.04.2026, within the stipulated time.
Now, therefore, the candidature of above listed candidates is hereby rejected for the post of Medical Officer (Allopathic), in Health & Family Welfare Department. In case any of the candidates feels aggrieved with the rejection of his/her candidature, he/she may represent before the Appellate Authority of the Commission within 10 days from the date of issuance of this Notice. No claim, whatsoever, shall be entertained after the stipulated period is over.
