How to Download the HPCL Junior Executive Admit Card 2026
Candidates must carry a printed copy of the admit card to the exam hall entry without it is not permitted. Follow these steps to download the hall ticket:
Visit the official HPCL website at hindustanpetroleum.com.
Go to the “Careers” section on the homepage.
Click the link titled ” Recruitment of Various Posts Download Call Letter for Online Examination.”
Enter your Registration Number and Password/Date of Birth, then enter the captcha code.
Click the Login/Submit button.
Your HPCL Call Letter 2026 will appear on screen.
Check every detail on the admit card carefully.
Take a printout on A4-size paper and paste a recent passport-size photograph on it, ideally the same one uploaded during application.
Carry the printed admit card along with a valid photo ID to the exam venue

Required Documents for the HPCL Exam
Along with the printed admit card, candidates should carry:
Printed copy of the admit card with the photograph pasted on it
A valid original photo ID proof
A photocopy of the same photo ID proof
A ball-point pen
Important Exam Instructions
Total test duration is 150 minutes, and the test is compositely timed candidates can attempt any question at any point within that window.
Candidates should expect to be at the venue for around 210 minutes in total, including login, call letter collection, and instructions.
All sections except English Language and Domain Knowledge are available in both English and Hindi.
Each question has four options with only one correct answer.
Negative marking: 0.25 marks (1/4th) is deducted for every wrong answer.
Important Instructions for Exam Day
Reach the exam centre well before the reporting time mentioned on your admit card.
Carry the admit card printout with photograph pasted, plus original and photocopy of a valid photo ID.
Exam centre, date, and shift allotted cannot be changed once the admit card is issued.
