JK High Court Order regarding Independence Day Celebration, 2025

It is hereby ordered that all the Principal District and Sessions Judges of the UTs of J&K and Ladakh shall celebrate Independence Day on 15th August, 2025 strictly in compliance of High Court Order No. 677 of 2021/NG dated 11.08.2021. However, PDJ’s Srinagar and Jammu will have simple flag hosting ceremony at their respective headquarters and thereafter, shall join the main function at Srinagar wing & Jammu wing of the High Court along with all the officers/officials

1. Besides, the Judicial Officers posted in the Taluka Courts shall also celebrate the Independence Day on 15th of August, 2025 by hoisting the National Flag in the respective Court Complexes.
