J&K High Court to Hold Interviews for Civil Judge Promotions
Process for filling up of posts of Civil Judges (Senior Division) by way of promotion from amongst Civil Judges (Junior Division) on adhoc basis – Conducting of interviews of
the officers falling in the consideration zone.
ORDER
In continuation to High Court Order No. 861 of 2026/RG dated 06.06.2026, it is hereby notified that the interview of the eligible officers, falling in the consideration zone for promotion to the posts of Civil Judge (Senior Division), in terms of Rule 7 (c) of the Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh Judicial Service Rules, 2025 (notified vide S.O 173 dated 20.06.2025), shall be conducted on 15th and 16th of June, 2026, as per Annexure-“A” appended to this order.
All the officers shall appear in the interview through virtual mode.
