As recommended by the Departmental Promotion Committee in its meeting dated 10.04.2026, sanction is hereby accorded to the following:

I. Promotion of Ms. Firdousa Banoo, Daftari (MTS) of the J&K Secretariat (Subordinate) Service as Senior Office Attendant (MTS) in the Pay Level-4 (25500–81100), prospectively.

II. Promotion of following Head Multitasking Staff (MTS) of the J&K Secretariat (Subordinate) Service as Daftaries (MTS) in the Pay Level-2 (19900–63200), prospectively:
