JKBOPEE 2nd Round Counselling 2026 for B.Sc Nursing & Paramedical Courses
Conduct of 2nd round of offline/physical counselling for admission to B.Sc. Nursing/B.Sc. Paramedical/B.Sc. Technology Courses-2026 for filling the seats of Horizontal Category only in various Government Colleges/Institutions of UT of J&K.

Pursuant to Notification No. 102-BOPEE of 2026 dated 10-07-2026 and shortfall so received after 1st round of counselling due to non-joining/resignation etc of horizontal seats from various Government Colleges/Institutions of UT of J&K, it is hereby notified for information of all eligible candidates annexed as Annexure-A to this notification that the Board shall conduct the 2nd round of offline round of counselling for eligible Horizontal Category candidates only (excluding JKPм candidates whose quota/share has already been filled during the first round of online counselling) on 23-07-2026 (Thursday).

The following procedures shall be adopted in this round of counselling:
i. All the interested and eligible candidates of horizontal reservation (Pwd, CDP and Sports Category candidates only) are advised to report physically at BOPEE Office Jammu/Srinagar on the above date between 09.30 a.m. to 10.30 a.m. for attendance and registration along with the following documents in original:
domicile of UT of J&K;
Qualifying marks (12th Class) certificate;
Date of Birth Certificate (only Matriculation Certificate issued by Board; of School Education); and
Valid Reserved category certificate(s)
ii. The validity of the Category Certificate shall be 09-04-2026, i.e., the last date fixed by the Board for filling up of online application form for the B.Sc. Nursing/B.Sc. Paramedical/B.Sc. Technology Course-2026
iii. All the candidates participating 1st time shall deposit the Counselling fee of Rs.1000/-(Rupees one thousand only) through the POS Machines available at
the BOPEE office Jammu/Srinagar through Debit/Credit cards. Any candidate who fails to deposit the counselling fee shall not be allowed to participate in the counselling process. The candidates who had already paid the counselling fee, need not pay any fee for this round of counselling.
iv. Further, if any, candidate is not able to participate personally in the counselling on designated day & date of Counselling due to unavoidable circumstances, he/she can authorize his/her close family member who falls in his/her blood relation on the devised format of the Board to participate in the counselling on behalf of the  concerned candidate on their own risk and responsibility. The said authorized person had to submit the authorization letter along with his Identity Card and Aadhar Card during the process of counselling otherwise he/she shall not be allowed to participate in the counselling.
